How do I calculate my true mouse DPI?
Select your ruler distance (e.g. 2 inches) above, place your mouse at the 0-mark on a physical ruler, and drag horizontally across the ruler distance while holding left click.
What is mouse DPI (Dots Per Inch)?
DPI measures how many pixels your cursor moves on screen per physical inch of mouse movement. 800 DPI moves 800 pixels per inch; 1600 DPI moves 1600 pixels per inch.
What is eDPI in tactical shooters like Valorant and CS:GO?
eDPI (Effective DPI) is calculated by multiplying your mouse DPI by your in-game sensitivity (eDPI = Mouse DPI × In-Game Sensitivity).
